  • You agree to pay a flat service fee for Breezy Buddy to gather and deliver HVAC quotes on your behalf.

  • This fee is non-refundable once quotes have been delivered, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with any of the options provided.

  • Refunds are only considered under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. No Warranty or Guarantee

Breezy Buddy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy of quotes submitted by third-party contractors.

  • The pricing, timelines, or warranties offered by those contractors.

  • The quality of the work performed by any contractor.

6. Limitation of Liability

By using our service, you agree that Breezy Buddy shall not be held liable for:

  • Any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential) arising from the use of our service.

  • Issues related to the installation, repair, or performance of HVAC systems.

  • Disputes or contractual disagreements between you and any third-party contractor.

7. Contractor Independence

All contractors introduced via Breezy Buddy are independent professionals, and Breezy Buddy does not employ, endorse, supervise, or control them. Any agreements made between you and a contractor are solely between those parties.

By using this platform, the user agrees to hold Breezy Buddy harmless from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from contractor services, system installation, or product warranties.

I acknowledge that Breezy Buddy is not a licensed HVAC contractor and is not responsible for the work performed by any third-party companies. I understand that Breezy Buddy provides quote-gathering services only, and that any agreement or contract for installation or service is made solely between myself and the contractor I choose to hire.
